3 Reasons Why i want to wake up at 5am?


I like to run every morning. Because I feel the air is fresher than any other time of the day. Another reason is that I can’t find time to run in the afternoon.

Feels day is longer

A day still has 24 hours :)) but I feel the day will be a little longer when I wake up at 5am. I don’t know how to explain it, but give it a try 😀

more energy

Completing one small thing at the beginning of the day will make me more motivated for the other tasks of the day. For example, completing a 5km run, eating a full breakfast, or reading a few pages of a book… is something I can’t do without waking up at 5am.
